A pleasure to be in contact, Maurice. It's nice to know that one of your favorite genres is horror. I also really enjoy it.

Love the horror genre!!

It's a genre I am afraid to explore! If the genie is let out of the bottle I may not be able to get it back in.

What's your favorite Horror sub-genre, Richard M Kjeldgaard?

If you start writing Horror, I'm sure you'd be able to still write other genres, Greg Wong. Like me for example. I mainly write Horror, but I can write Drama, Comedy, etc.

Happy IYW, Leonardo Ramirez. Thanks, I appreciate it. Thanks for all you do as well. How's your week been?

Thanks for that Maurice Vaughan . It's a good day. A good ending to a very eventful week. Obstacles overcome, new relationships to form - all that good stuff. I feel like an entire month has been compressed into one week. But onward we go! My daughter leaves for her final year of college on Sunday so I'll be spending some good quality time with her before she leaves.

Maurice Vaughan She is both excited to be going and sad that she’s leaving home. The cool thing is that she’s already making plans for when she comes home and it involves acting!

That's so sad, Reuben D. Gregorich. :( At least some made it out in one piece. The final girl(s) and final boy(s). I'm not sure if final boy is a term though.

We need to get together and work on a horror feature. I was the casting director of "Axeman At Cutter's Creek". We filmed up in Big Bear. Tough shoot but it was worth it. Well, maybe it wasn't worth it. We rented a cabin in Angelis Oaks. It was our filming location and we stayed there. Several of the cast members vanished or died mysteriously. We thought it was part of the screenplay and great makeup effects; however, it turned out to be an escapee from Patton State Hospital located at the bottom of the San Bernardino Mountains. I barely managed to get out of Angelis Oaks with my life. The director, before he was hacked up into 1,000,000 bloody pieces, handed me the hard drive with the footage and made me promise to edit and release the film. He kept saying, "I can't make it. I'm just slowing you down. Here, take the hard drive. Promise me!"

Cool, Leonardo Ramirez. Oh yeah. I think you told me your daughter wants to be Haven. Maybe she'll want to be known as the Action and Sci-Fi/Fantasy actress. Like Milla Jovovich is.

I appreciate it, Richard "RB" Botto. The Stage 32 posts, blogs, and webinars helped me learn to create, connect, and communicate. And I remember you giving the community a challenge during one of your live AMAs. It was a challenge to be more active on here, and I accepted. Thanks for the challenge.

That's terrible, Matthew Gross. My condolences to the families and friends of the cast members who vanished or died. I hope they find the vanished members. I'm glad you made it out alive.
I'm working on some projects right now, but I'd like to work with you on a Horror feature in the future.

Maurice Vaughan Yeah I think she'd love that. Although her biggest inspirations are Jennifer Garner and Gal Gadot. Funny thing is that I modeled the character of Beatrice (Haven's mother) after Jennifer Garner as a retired Sidney Bristow. Would be cool if she played Haven's mom. She'd be perfect.

That's cool, Leonardo Ramirez. Jennifer Garner and Gal Gadot are action stars, but they also play in other genres. That's an option for your daughter too.

Hey Maurice!
Just wanted to personally thank you for your support and your hard work on Stage 32. Without your contributions and your dedication, Stage 32 wouldn't be as welcoming as it is now. :)
And as far as my own summer goes (no pun intended for Deftones fans), it's been a hard one, rough around the edges, but a productive one regardless and you know what? I wouldn't have it any other way.
