Happy to see Hiding Bodies make the cut. We have an inventive director (Erika Lupo), an amazing actor (Juliet Wolfe), easy-going visuals (Stephen Folker), a quirky premise derived from my response to a post on Facebook, and a segment of a droll song (music by Matt Savage, lyrics by me, and recording by Lani Madland). Congratulations to everyone for completing a film!

First and foremost a big congrats to all of the Quarterfinalist this is a big deal so celebrate it.
I am beyond excited that Standing On The Edge has made the cut. This film has been a labor of love that has been 6 years in the making. The thing about this film that makes it stand out is that the story comes from a real place and my amazing actors were able to feel that and Chanel that energy in there performance. Thank you for allowing us to make it this far and we eagerly await the next results.

Congratulations, filmmakers! Stoked to see Lesbophilia in such great company on this list! Lesbophilia is our love letter to anyone who feels like there's unworthy aspects of themselves. Radical acceptance is the key to unconditional love, as uncomfortable as it might be! We're proud to say that our film's cast and crew was 56% women or non-binary and 52% people of color. Huge congratulations to everyone! It's an incredible honor that 'The Feeling Part' was chosen as a quarterfinalist. I truly believe in the power of storytelling as a catalyst for empathy and awareness.
