Hi friends!! My name is Antionna and I'm from South Carolina (yes, it rhymes!) I am a law school graduate turned multi-gifted mogul. I am searching for a talent agent and seeking an immediate opportunity to pitch my Film/TV series ideas to industry executives. But first, here is a short story on who I am and how I got here:
I grew up low-income in a small, rural town along what policymakers called the “corridor of shame." Growing up this way, you didn’t know certain career paths were available, more less possible for you. For example, my childhood dream of performing on Broadway was quickly struck down by the reality of poverty around me. I sacrificed this dream in hopes of achieving stability through a traditional career, but little did I know, I would be "bamboozled by Jesus," to follow a nontraditional path.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude in undergrad as a first-generation college student, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Criminal Justice and African American Studies. I then proceeded to law school to serve my community as a public interest attorney. After graduation, however, God instructed me not to take the Bar Exam and to start a 501(c)(3) nonprofit named Healing Households. Since then, I have embraced an untraditional path towards ministry, entrepreneurship, and recently, entertainment.
A few months ago I released my debut documentary - Reforming 1996: A Cry from Black America on YouTube. It provides an in-depth look at TANF’s child support cooperation requirements and chronicles Black family separation from slavery to today's modern-day debtor's prisons. With a $0 budget, it is a humble piece, but one I am proud to have produced. I learned that we can't let lack of resources paralyze us or keep us from trying. Not having resources is simply an opportunity to be resourceful with what you currently have in your hands. (Your sign to keep going and not give up!)
If you can't tell by now (lol), I live by the scripted quote “Father, not my will, but Your will be done.” In another act of crazy faith and obedience, I moved from South Carolina to Los Angeles, CA 3 months ago. (Without a job or entertainment experience, I know, crazy!)
My plan is to produce entertainment centered around faith, family, and freedom (social justice.) I have synopses and treatments drafted, but I need writers, crew, and funding to successfully bring these visions to life. Interwoven with faith themes, my genres include Comedy Dramas, Inspirational Thrillers, and Sci-Fi. I am searching for a trustworthy mentor, talent agent, and friends to assist me on this exciting new journey!
I look forward to creating meaningful connections down below and also learning how I can support YOU! I believe in you and we are in this together!! Thank you Stage 32 for this generous opportunity to network!

Great to meet you, Antionna Fuller. Congratulations on graduating and releasing your debut documentary!!!
You could pitch your Film/TV series to executives, managers, etc. through Stage 32's Pitch Sessions, but I think you need to have the scripts done (www.stage32.com/scriptservices/pitch-sessions). The Pitch Sessions are mainly to get feedback on pitches, but members have gotten managers, signed shopping agreements, etc. through the sessions (www.stage32.com/scriptservices/success-stories).
You could also search for an agent on IMDbPro: https://pro.imdb.com/signup/index.html?rf=bing_brand_us_675823263_132711...
You could post an ad for writers and crew on the Job Board (www.stage32.com/find-jobs).

Hey Antionna Fuller pleasure to get connected and thank you for sharing your journey and how you become the person we are connecting with today. Oddly enough we share similar journey's. I was born into poverty in Alabama, but my mother was determined to provide us a better life, so in the early 2000s she uprooted our lives and moved us a few states over to Texas.
Fast forward to my adult years, I too thought I had to sit my dreams aside to follow a more traditional path however as time went on I ended finding my way back into entrepreneurship and film/audio production.
Long story short, you are in the right place with a lot of great people. I see Maurice Vaughan has already dropped some useful links to resources. I highly recommend checking them out and getting connected into the different lounges offered. I think we align on similar topics and would like to get connected further. Wishing you the best on your journey!
