Greetings,

I'm a retired police detective and hostage negotiator turned educator and indie writer. Following the success of my second novel, "Hitting Rock Bottom," which soared to the top of Amazon's bestseller list, I've delved deeper into my writing journey, crafting stories around my resilient female protagonist, FBI Agent Jeannie Loomis. Jeannie, flawed yet fiercely dedicated to law enforcement, believes in the principle that the ends justify the means. For fans of John Stanford's Lucas Davenport from the Prey novels, Jeannie offers a comparable thrill.

With my latest published work, "Relics of Redemption," I'm eager to see how my fans like Jeannie's new adventure.. Inspired by the success of my novels, I ventured into the realm of screenwriting, adapting four of the Loomis novels in the hopes of seeing them on the silver screen. Guided by two exceptional mentors, I've honed the craft of translating prose into script, with several adaptations currently generating interest. While taking a break from the Loomis novels, I have recently completed my seventh horror novel, five of which are now adapted to screenplays.

You can also find my scripts listed as a "Rockstar" on Script Revolution, where they are available for reading upon request. As a proud member of the baby boomer generation, I fondly recall the era of blockbuster movies like "The Rock," "Indiana Jones," "Titanic," "The Great Escape," "Gladiator", "The Magnificent Seven," "Jaws," "Star Wars," and beloved TV series such as "Red Skelton," "Zorro," and "Hogan's Heroes." While many of us now prefer the comfort of streaming at home, the allure of these timeless plots remains strong.

Hopefully, a producer will share my enthusiasm and recognize the potential in my work.
