About Lonzo
Lonzo Nzekwe is a writer/director based in Toronto. In 2010 his acclaimed debut feature film, Anchor Baby won the "Best Film and Best Actress at the Harlem International Film Festival, plus ten other film festival awards. Anchor Baby was released theatrically in Canada; UK; Nigeria; Ghana, and was later nominated in two categories at the 2011 Africa Movie Academy Awards.

I am a freelance director at my production company, Alpha Galore Films in Toronto, Canada. I'm specialized in feature films, shorts, commercials, music videos and online viral videos. I own a RED EPIC camera and other professional equipment which I use to shoot all my productions.
