I grew up in New York City and attended Music and Art High School before earning two degrees at SUNY Binghamton. I have been self-published with the book “So You’re Cremated, Now What?” and had two screenplays optioned by Orion Pictures.
My recently published novel, "Paper Ghosts: A Fenn Cooper Novel," draws inspiration from my life, including my experiences with a schoolmate who was a little person and my time working at a traveling circus. These experiences helped shape the characters in the book.
I studied film with Nicolas Ray and film history with Ken Jacobs, focusing on silent films from Ithaca. My love of mystery and thriller novels led me to write "Paper Ghosts."
I am currently seeking a producer or agent for a screenplay about my mother, who was in the Resistance in Paris during WWII and passed away at 105.
