This site is a waste. I have been on here for years, why?

What good is this web site? Sure, its filled with agents and producers. All of them afraid to gamble with new writers. When I message an agent and ask them if they are welling to take on someone new. They pretty much say NO. If you are an agent, why are you on this site?
I need an agent. I have a film out right now. Plus, a graphic novel which I wrote and is based on one of my screenplays. The last details of a novel based on another one of my screenplays and it will be published in Nov. I would like to get to the next level.
A professional screenwriting question?
I have written a feature, titled THE CROOKED MIND. The trailers are on YouTube right now. When do I contact an agent to represent me? I have a manager, but I would like more work, so I figure I need an agent.
Best way to get an agent is through your manager... the manager works with agents on a regular basis.

It can mean more or less depending, but if nothing else, it means you're producing content, which shows you're willing to work.

A graphic novel in the on Amazon, a film I co-wrote coming out in Sept. Now hoping to get some notice. Any notice.
Searching for a way to step up to the next level. I have a graphic novel based on my screenplay SHADOW OF DARKNESS creating some buzz. I have a short film I co-wrote coming out this fall. I would love to be able to have an agent who I could make money and all I have to do is write. I guess this is the new Hollywood.
