One way would be to send a letter outing your storyline together with a brief proposal, and offer to send copies of your books upon request. It's hard here to get interest stirred, but not impossible.
What form does the proposal take. I have already got an outline of the story but I don't know if it's strong enough. I have been working on it for a while. I have only just started to try and market the series.
Brevity is everything here. Just a brief few words on what you are offering and seeking in return, together with the strongest one paragraph outline you can write. Also be prepared to receive letters...
