Placing the rear room bass traps and determining how to treat the side walls and rear ceiling with broadband absorption.

Adding sheet rock to the front wall.

Front wall framework in place and beginning design of the ceiling clouds.

Placing both front corners of Bass trapping to suss out the final front wall dimensions.

Placing the "Bass Traps" (Low Frequency Absorbers). This step involved me shifting the entire room design mid-project. Although it added a few weeks to construction, the clarity of this room is on par with any commercial facility out there.
