Khadijah Iman is a Native American/African American writer from Boston, Massachusetts. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing for Entertainment from Full Sail University in 2015.
Khadijah predominately writes dramas, psychological thrillers, and horrors about characters dealing with mental illness, sexuality, and death. She was a quarterfinalist in Final Draft Big Break and BlueCat Screenplay Competition and recently placed as a semifinalist in the 2018 Screencraft Pilot Launch Competition.
Shortly after her move to Los Angeles, she was accepted into the LA SKINS FEST TV Writer’s Lab, where she worked in a writers room style environment, wrote a drama pilot in five weeks, and had the opportunity to pitch it to BadRobot, NBC, HBO, ABC, and more.
Khadijah now works at Netflix as a studio data administrator, where she uses her power of organization and strategy to help the TV, Film, and PR teams defeat current data management needs.
