Is there any one working in the special effects horror make up field in NJ???? All my contacts dried up about 1995 when Reagan was president and we had our first recession. People i knew that were working 2, 4 jobs a year went under. Is there any work out there now??

9/24/2014..... Hey Everyone... I an gearing up for the "Asbury Park 2014 ZOMBIE WALK" Will be busy as hell that day I am told. This is my first year doing it, and as of this writing...I am getting zombie rot, scars, skin tears, flesh bites made up and pre-colored to dii this. I am pretty excited about this and I understand that I can make some serious money!!! for 6 hours of work.

Hey raymond, a few days ago we implemented a new privacy setting to give you the option of accepting private messages only from users within your network. Today, I discovered a bug with the way this option is set for new users. I just wanted to let you know that the bug is now fixed, so all members are now able to receive private messages from any other member (the default setting). If you'd like to receive private messages only from users within your network, you can change this setting here. Also, you can access your privacy settings at any time from the drop-down menu that appears when you hover over your profile photo in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

I am a Special Effects Make up artist in Horror. I have been doing this since 1988 and been in 6 films (Low budget 1-4 million) On Broadway when a show traveled the tri-state I was in Fiddler On A Roof-Make up, Joseph And techicolor Dreamcoat-Makeup, Godspell. I worked on the first 2 replacements to Michael Crawford when he left Phantom Of The Opera. Did one tv commercial for oh's cereal with another artist, did 10 of the first 40 episodes of "Monster" tv show by George Romero, and been doing conventions in Atlantic City over the last 9 years. Do make up for bands, and Halloween when the clients can afford a real high tech make up in the chair 2-4 hours.
