With a background in work psychology, dramatherapy and anthropology of art, Alexa has developed an expertise in making the most of all kinds of creativity in a commercial sense, as there is no contradiction between creating and selling. Her experience in media production covers nearly 20 years, ranging from theatre to television, from writing to applied arts. Since 2007 she has been working full time in documentary film as a production executive, production manager, producer assistant and development producer for leading film production companies in Italy and the UK. Her skills cover various aspects of film production, including concept development, finance, budgeting, cash flow, reporting and more. She now offers these services to clients while at the same time developing ALCA's editorial line. Her current clients include both production companies and individual writers.
