Catherine Black

Catherine Black is a Canadian actress, filmmaker and artist.

Catherine has been an actress and artist for over 20 years, making her filmmaking debut, the culmination of her artist work, with the multi award winning ‘sexy and surreal’ short film, De Puta Madre A Love Story (2014). Catherine won Best Director (2015 London International Filmmaker Festival), and Best Lead Actress (Madrid International Film Festival 2014) for her work, and Brad Stonesifer won Best Cinematography (Columbia Gorge IFF 2014), along with 11 category award nominations for the movie.
