She embraced and overcame great challenges in her mission and is the founder of the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

In My Brother's Shoes was awarded Best Short Film at the 2015 Mirabile Dictu International Catholic Film Festival at the Vatican in Rome, Italy, and was featured in the 2015 Cannes International Film Festival's Short Film Corner.
