About Maria

Trained in the film scoring program at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles under composers Elmer Bernstein, Ron Jones and Christopher Young, I have worked in Los Angeles, London, England and Toronto Canada.

My feature film and television series work has spanned the genres of comedy, drama, horror, sci-fi and animation. Credits include the documentary crime series 'Motives & Murders: Cracking the Case’, the hit animated series 'Freaky Stories’, the hit sci-fi series 'Mutant X' and several independent films including 'To The New Girl' which have gone on to win awards and play at celebrated festivals including Tribeca and the Canadian Film Centre Worldwide Short Film Festival.
