Alexington Westmont: Screenwriter in Houston, Texas.

I need inspiration for where to write. I always find myself writing at my desk in my apartment. It's getting old so I want to know where you guys sit down and write. I'd like to be inspired to write elsewhere than my boring desk with a bad view. The park? On a rooftop at sunset? In the car? On a mountain? Where??

Hi from the largest city in Texas, My name is Alexington Westmont; I’m 43 years old and I’ve been writing since I could read. I’m a writer, a novelist, a screenwriter, dreamer. I dream about launching stories about how good GOD is, I dream about you seeing my creations on the big and small screen. I’m going to do something different though, all of my stories happen in a shared universe, throughout a lifetime, stories about redemption and love. Of course all of them take place in my hometown of Houston. I have completed two screenplays out of the planned seven in a series. Someday is around the corner I know. Someday maybe is tomorrow.

Hi gang. Well, it's been a slow week for me due to my 'real job' having a lot of my time, but this week is much clearer and I'm going hard at it. The problem with not having had time this week is everything ferments in my brain and I think of a million different directions I could change it in, but the time constraint of trying to visit before my vacation is actually helpful because I don't have time to rework things a million times and have to focus on the paths I've already started on, so that can only be a good thing. :)

It's has been a slow week for me as well, personal issues etc. I feel that I write better if I'm in a good place both mentally and psychically. Mentally it has been a trail. I fixed those issues but was back to the 10 hour a day job. I write a few pages. However I know where I'm heading in the script so I'll be fine. I believe in my process.

I've been working on my script now for eight days, and I have worked on it everyday for the past eight days now. It's coming...lol. The title of it is called "Infinity" About a woman who is living a dangerous lifestyle until she is given a chance for redemption....if she can take it. But I hit a snag yesterday, So now I have to regroup and write a better second Act..(grrrrr)

I'm working on a screenplay, I'm down like four flat tires....I'm in.

Been working on my projects,,,,,"Grace" is done,,,,The Praying Circle" is currently being redrafted and "Testimony" first draft is done, I'm currently working on my newest project at this writing, "Infinity".

Been working on my second feature....Still showing around my first short feature.."Grace" hoping to build a "shared Universe" the in thing..lol.

Just finishing working on a draft of my new script and hoping for the best.

Howdy, I'm 43 and I love to write! I'm from the great city of Houston, Texas and I have always been in love with film making, writing, reading, acting etc. I hope to someday be a show-runner because my first love is television. I'm also interested in all aspects of film making. Editing and sound etc. I've written several projects, one of them being a drama that takes place in Houston, Texas of course. A shared universe idea I have had in my head for years. I'm also working on two westerns and two dramas and even, don't laugh, a time-travel story, without the car and hot tub. ON vacation and when this flu bug goes away...lol I'll start my new script called "The highwaymen" Its a western set in an alternative timeline with real history. Its basically Total recall meets Tombstone.

After a long weekend of school and a trip to Galveston, it's back to the writing projects.
