Islam Balbaa

Islam Balbaa is an Egyptian/ Canadian actor/director/writer/producer; he has acted in 40 short films, 3 feature films and 10 plays. He has also directed 6 short films and a music video. His films are critically acclaimed and has been an official selection in many film festivals including cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Oklahoma city, Atlanta, Portland, Montreal and of course Ottawa. Islam also is a co-founder of Balmour Productions an Arabic theatre production company that performed two successful plays with an audience of over 1500 in both Ottawa and Montreal. Balmour Productions consists of 40 cast and crew members. Islam enjoys long strolls by the beach and his favorite ice cream flavor choco mocca caramel , he is also an Engineer.
