Chris Watt's Reel

With the film about to be released onto digital platforms, here is a clip from THE MIRE, the feature I wrote the screenplay for, in which we witness Joseph Layton, the leader of a cult-like community known as The Canon, being questioned by two of his most devout followers, Hannah and Marshall. Using Joseph's own techniques (known as Alignment) against him, the scene bounces back and forth in time, to show that Joseph used exactly the same lines of questioning on them.

The trailer for the festival release of our short film, BRUISE, which I wrote the script for and which we premiered at the Oscar and BAFTA qualifying Galway Film Fleadh. It went on to be a multiple award winner at festivals around the world.
