What is the best way to raise funds for a project? I currently am not allowed to use Kickstarter or Indiegogo, but I'm hoping to find someone to run a gofundme page for my projects. I just don't know how to spread the word or how to ask people to donate and get my projects out there. Any advice?

Greetings all! Long time secret peruse-er and admirer, first time poster on Stage 32. With 15 year experience in TV and 6 feature films (as an LP) it's time to move forward towards my own projects.
