Richard receives a call from his 'employer' to take advantage of his relationship with Bryony whom he has been seeing for a number of years. As the pandemic hits, Bryony sets off for India to care for patients affected by the virus. Richard is devastated by Bryony's departure. They meet up on a skype call and Richard is seeking to convince Bryony to return but she and Richard are locked in a gridlock of circumstances as the pandemic gets worse and Richard's mission gets compromised during the call.
