Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV of Sicilian-American descent. Enthusiastic film student graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Member of the Las Vegas Film Society and Film@UNLV co-ed groups. Completed courses in Production, Short Film Workshop, Adapting Plays to Screen, Staging for the Screen, Women's Studies, Cinematography, Screenwriting, Film History and Film Criticism. Some of my mentors include industry professionals such as David Schmoeller (dir. Crawlspace; 1986 and Puppetmaster; 1989), Jason Edmiston (post production supervisor for Penguin Magic), David Waldman (DP on TED Talks; The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show), and Elvis Mitchell (film critic; hosted his own show Elvis Mitchell: Under the Influence; 2008 on TCM).
