Joe Bedford

As a keen film enthusiast from a young age my interest and furthering my education/career in the industry was postponed by my love for culture, especially Italian culture. From the food to language and history to film I had plenty to learn. Young and full of idea's I decided to move to Italy and the age of 17. Whilst working there I was never satisfied always craving for something else. I started to study classic film movements throughout Italian history such as Neo-realism and Spaghetti western types. Italy opened my eyes in certain ways and made me realize I can still follow my dreams at the age of 27. Through experience and self education in Italian culture including speaking fluent Italian I have a significant amount to offer the film industry. My imagination and idea's have been influenced through the situations I've been involved in or experienced at one point or another. Therefore I have decided to pursue my interests in film by studying and committing to a 4 year BA honors course at university in Plymouth, England, UK. Challenging my creative side and specializing in my talents in screenwriting and film making. Hopefully improving my methods and writing ability gaining the qualifications and necessary experience required to pursue my interests in the industry.
I am currently in the middle of my second script and it is piecing together nicely. My mind is on the job 24/7 and never tires of possible idea's I could use for writing or in my screenplay scripts.
