I am a middle school teacher by day, and a sci-fi/fantasy/historical fiction novelist and screenwriter in my spare time. My published works include Fenicus Flint & the Dragons of Berathor, Time Crisis Saga: Miles Away, (both of which I have adapted into television pilots/feature screenplays) and Birthright, a short screenplay . My current projects include a historical fiction feature about the holocaust, and a young adult sports novel focusing on martial arts. Some of my biggest influences as a as a scrrenwriter include Stranger Things, Sherlock, Outlander, The Martian, and The Last Samurai. When I am not writing or teaching, I spend my time training in martial arts, binge watching film amd television, and playing video games to get the kinks out of my system.
Unique traits: I am a very descriptive writer, with a particular eye for creating small scale battle scenes. Additionally, I am known for having a keen eye for interesting plot wrinkles and being able to fix problems areas in a story arc.
