About Bill

Hello, STAGE 32 Community--

My name is Bill Brock, and I'm a screenwriter / director / producer and actor from Richmond, Virginia. Having been an active member of the Virginia Screenwriters Forum for seven years (2014 - 2021) has afforded me the opportunity to have my screenwriting work recognized by national and international competitions. I have also worn multiple hats (screenwriter-director-producer-actor) in two films: PARTY OF 50 (2013) and I'LL HAVE ANOTHER... (2016).
In June of 2022, I retired from the high school English classroom after 33 years of service. While performing in that vocation, I was also fortunate to carve out a pretty good professional acting career from 1990 to the present, which included countless stage plays, television, film, and commercials.
Currently, I am thrilled to open the Screenwriting door and cross the threshold. One never knows what may be waiting on the other side.
Looking forward to meeting other members and sharing positive thoughts and feedback. Keep Creating, kids!
