About Donovan

I am a South African born British writer and prospective filmmaker, who loves to write and has a passion for film. I like to produce stories that are character driven, explore the human psyche and spirit. I like to weave plots that evoke strong feelings of joy, sadness, fear, hope, anger, envy, loss, belief to name a few. I am inspired by human nature, social issues and simply to entertain the audience. My goal is to continue to develop my craft, to write and make entertaining resonate films.

My short film, Dear Mum, is currently in pre-production with the principle at the end of September.
