In brief, my experiences started with moving around at a young age, beginning in Pennsylvania to Maryland to Georgia, and to college in Kansas. My learning experiences included trips to foreign countries as a teenager (where I learned to appreciate the simple things in life). In addition I’ve worked with a variety of people from different social, intellectual and economic backgrounds.
One memorable experience would probably be basic military training where the average age was 17 – 25, and I was 37. This put me in a father-figure status. It was there that I met all types of persons from all types of backgrounds and beliefs and with all types of issues. In this environment I became a quiet leader, gradually and positively influencing young people to be true to themselves, avoid negative short cuts, and strive to be the best they can be.
In July 2011 I took part in the AMTC program at Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, FL doing different showcases and meeting a lot of agents under one roof. This program was a great introduction for me into the acting industry.
Since then I've been taking acting classes, going to auditions and modeling. I easily understand why agents and managers want actors to take classes. There is always so much to learn.
