There are so many resources and opportunities on Stage 32. Some of the resources are the blogs and the lounges. You can interact with people in the lounges by commenting on their posts, and you can make your own posts.
If you don’t have a bio on your page, think about adding one. It can help you network and get jobs/option scripts/sell scripts/etc. (people like to know who they’re networking with/doing business with). Having a profile photo can do the same thing (people like to see who they’re networking with/doing business with).
Let me know if you need screenwriting advice, a logline review, a synopsis review, help navigating this platform, etc.
Have a great, creative day!
Maurice, thank you so much for getting back to me. I'm new to Stage 32 Lounge, how do I put my script on Script Revolution? Not exactly sure what that is? Thank you again.
Hi, Don. Feel welcome to ask me. You take care as well.
You're welcome, Bradley. CJ Walley started the website/runs it. https://www.scriptrevolution.com/ CJ is also on Stage 32.

Like a lot of people, I spent the pandemic working on my craft and developing new skills. One of those skills is learning how to record and edit my own voice over work. I shave even booked my very first audiobook through ACX.
I have also, of course, been continuing to use my other skills. Earlier this year I worked as a costumer on a feature called When You Finish Saving The World, which was written and directed by Jesse Eisenberg. Following that, I worked a few days on an Amazon series as a makeup artist. Next month, I will be starting preproduction on another feature as the Truck Costumer.
All in all, I would say that I have had a pretty productive pandemic and I can’t wait to see what opportunities come up next.
It's nice to meet you Jill. Wishing you continued success.
Hello Jiji. Nice to see another NMSU graduate here :) Hope the opportunities keep coming!

I have several scripts I am revising, but the chemo has made it more difficult to concentrate. I am asking for your prayers. The treatment protocol will last 1 year and being away from my home in FL (about 500 miles away). I am trying to take classes and improve my techniques. Hopefully, as the clinical trial progresses, I can use the down time to write. Keep writing .
My healing prayers go with you. I. too, have had much of the last year in cancer treatment and it is not fun. But, we keep on keeping on with as much energy as possible. It is a day to day endeavor. You will reach the other shore. Blessings!
Lot's of good and healing thoughts coming your way. Stay strong!!!
God bless you. Thank you for sharing and inspiring.

I’m interested in learning how to tell stories in this genre. I recently finished reading the script to Moneyball which I enjoyed tremendously. I’m eager to find other ways to learn about this industry.
My tastes have been influenced by watching British shows on Iowa Public Television. Doctor Who, Red Dwarf and sitcoms such As Time Goes By always made me wonder what it’s like to write stories such as those.
I also have a strong love for documentaries such as American Experience. History is something which I care deeply about. To be able to write about it many forms is a goal of mine.
I’m 50 years old and live in Cascade, Iowa which is 15 miles from the Field of Dreams movie site. I wrote for the Dyersville Commercial and Cascade Pioneer from 2005 to 2016. I left the papers to focus on my freelance writing business.
I’m not sure what else to say. If you have any questions or comments I would love to hear from you.
I’m a newbie to all this, but I really want to learn and give screenwriting a try.
Take care,
Don Carpenter

I second that, Andrea! Took his formatting class for a refresher and keep the earmarked book handy at all times

Sometimes I was over-clarifying. Making it too simple and taking the fun of analysis/epiphanies from the viewers. Does that help?

I grew up and spent most of my life in Earlville in Delaware County before moving to Cascade in 2016. I will certainly look into Dave Trottier.
And thank you again, Cara. I understand better now although I know I'm going to struggle with that concept for a little.
I'm kind of excited for Thursday as I have my first eye exam in many years on Thursday. Finally realized it was time for new glasses.
You all take care.
