A teenage girl and her persona find the radio Dj that caused the death of her sister while finding the man that broke her sister's heart. 

SYNOPSIS:

Now in Oregon, Carly works as a waitress in a restaurant and becomes an attraction for newcomers as the bull rider after she rides the mechanical bull. When a DJ shows up, Susie shows up and has a flashback about spring break a year back. The DJ spread a rumor that ruined Susie's reputation and ruptured her friendship with her roommate, Hilary.

Carly invites the DJ into her room, which he falls for. Susie knocks him unconscious and interrogates him for his lie, to which he confesses. Humiliated, the DJ is fired from his job, and this is what fits the crime. The next day, Jacob the owner of the diner, asks Carly to perform another ride on the bull right in front of Susie's ex-boyfriend, Ross.

While being a vault runner, Ross and Susie dated, Susie had gained a bit of a reputation. Susie gets caught off guard at one of her meets when she sees Ross kissing Hilary. Carly wins a thousand dollars and a week off from work. Ross is invited to Carly's room for a drink, to where Carly slips him a roofie. Ross wakes up and is tortured. To make her final threat, Susie interacts with the camera and informs Hilary that she is not safe no matter what. Carly and Susie humiliate Ross by Susie riding him like the bull. Her job nearly done, Susie and Carly send Ross off, and lets him drive his jeep passed out.

Hilary is horrified by the videos that Susie made and is put in protection with Ross. Back in Texas, Sarah watches the video on the news and rushes with Jay to Los Angeles. Angry, Sarah finds nothing good about Ross and Hilary, seeing them as her enemies too. Now in the North of California, Carly sets her sights on the professor that also lied about Susie. Her plans come to motion when she takes a girls uniform to join the school.
