About Matt

Hey,

I'm a screenwriter from the UK trying to break into the US and UK film and television industries.

I graduated from Bournemouth University in 2012 with an MA in Producing Film and TV (as I also love being hands on in the development and production of films, although writing is my clear no.1 passion and ambition) and took Industrial Scripts' Effective Script Reading course. I have read for a minor producer/actress in LA, and try to read and analyse as many screenplays as possible, vital to improving as a writer, whilst of course writing my own material.

It's gonna be a long, tough journey that results in me crashing along the way (numerous times), but so long as I keep going, keep progressing, keep learning, I'll get there, and it's the same for any people out there with the same ambition. Don't stop until you get to where you want to be, no matter what!

At least that's how I see it...
