About Johan
Master in Theology and Bible. I work at the head of the Publications Department of the National Library of Cuba. My passion for literary creativity and research have led me to write short stories and a novel. In addition to articles, essays and interviews that have been published in Cuba and abroad, which cover a varied thematic spectrum: literature, cinema, music, society and religion.
As a result of the publication of my novel The Red Door, a group of friends specialized in art and literature recommended that I venture into screenwriting.
In 2020 I started with the writing of my first scripts, three short films and a feature film for cinema, and I am currently working on the second feature film project.
