SYNOPSIS:
The scenes are the Garrison Juvenile Home and Blooms Nursing Home, where the residents metaphorically compare their conditions to a prison as the straps get tighter. These miserable and restrictive environments have caused these residents, with vary idiosyncrasies, to rebel and reign havoc on the institutions. Subsequently, a dramatic change occurs, the juveniles are assigned community service at the nursing home, which at first cause tension and hostility. However, after occasions of interactions and exchanging ideas they discern that their needs are somewhat similar.
