Lex Macaluso was born in Italy near Lake Como.
He is the second of four children, born from teacher Marida and photographer Romanus.
After graduating from high school in bio-technologies Lex worked for almost 20 years as computer tech, nanny and tutor before enrolling to University (University of Essex) in the United Kingdom where he obtained his Ba(Hons) in Acting, Directing and Screen-writing.
During that time he joined a local theatre company (Edge Theatre) and performed in several plays.
Lex first short film was The Date by Christopher Jolley, he also appeared in Monkey Madness, Extreme Phobias Extreme Cures 1.4 (Sky1 show) and other uncredited shorts.
He has been under the wing of teacher and mentor Brian Astbury for 2 years after graduating.
In 2018 he came out as a transgender man and went through a transition that, after 4 years, finally helped him achieve his true self.
He is interested in male roles more than trans roles.
