Hello all! I entered the 6th Annual Sci-fi/Fantasy Screenplay Contest and paid for the advance coverage with the option to resubmit a draft based on that coverage. However, I can't figure out how or where to upload my revised draft. Has anyone had the same experience? If so, did you find the answer? Thanks in advance for the help!

Ok please ignore the frustration in the earlier post. Script notes are always hard to take, and I did have issues with some of what was said but that's how feedback always goes. Take the good leave the rest. Now I have hopefully resubmitted, thanks to Edward Cowan, and possibly Molly Peck?!! Fingers crossed.

Loving my script coverage by someone who has no experience in the genre, and who says things that don't make any sense to open with. If it's a PILOT contest then obviously what your reading is a pilot! That said some of the notes had value. I slapped this version together and had some formatting errors that needed attention. I can't imagine reading a bazillion scripts and then coming across mine that had scene heading errors and being able to see anything but that. It showed in the summary, which they didn't really give except to say, so much was wrong they couldn't really say one thing. Nothing about dialogue for instance, no notes about world building or a through line. At any rate, I rewrote it and am ready to resubmit.....but now there is not button for that, no mechanism that is easy to see. I have an extended deadline that I paid for that will be up in two days...yet no clear method of how to submit. Hopefully I don't get screwed by this. Well see.

Crazy working weekend. Multiple revisions of scripts on multiple projects. BUT the deadlines will be met. Gonna be another late night, but it will be worth it. My goal is to write(and complete) 30 scripts this year. I did 26 last year. All various formats. From 1 page(Lots of description) commercials to a feature film. Some of those projects are started but not finished. So I think this is a doable number. No new projects this year so far, but lots of fleshing out stuff last year.

Submitted to the 6th annual stage 32 sci-fi/fantasy screenwriting contest last night a pilot that I have been submitting to several festivals and doing ok with. Then I looked at my ending and was like "Hmmm its last minute rewrite time!" as all great thoughts go before a deadline. So I did that as my first experience on this platform. It's a pilot from a series that is my response to George Orwell's "1984". The last line of that book is "He loves big brother". My log line is "Big Brother loves you back." The series will cover the rise of universal wealth and how society could go from a Cyberpunk type dystopia to basically early Star Trek. Yeah I am still working on the pitch.
