When you are trying to raise money for your entertainment project, you need to think about what the investor is looking for. Investors don't care about your mood board, your shot composition, or amazing story. They want to know the growth plan. How are they going to make their money back and see their investment grow? Transmedia makes sense and excites all three parties involved. The audience gets more great stories from the same world, the creator keeps getting to invest in the world they've spent so long cultivating, and the investor diversifies risk and increases revenue opportunities. Done deal.
