Josh Brolin, Julia Garner, Alden Ehrenreich, and director Zach Cregger sit down to talk about their new movie ‘Weapons’
I've just been reading RB's "Coffee & Content" . It contains a video essay about the film Jaws and how much money it made at the box office. It got me thinking off on a bit of a tangent about what it would be like, as an actor, to play in a movie that is adapted from a book. I love doing research so...

One thing that my fellow workaholics and I have, is an inability to smell the roses when the time comes. It's easy to go from one project to the other and forget about the things you've done before, always looking to what's next. And while that does keep you busy and focused, it can also leave you e...

Hello all!
I'm currently writing my first blog for Stage32 (keep an eye out for it soon!) and one section will be covering the topic of scripts and writing. I'm sure many if not all of the writers on here will be aware of this, hence I'm posting it in the Acting section, as I think it's essential for...

I just started reading Elizabeth Gilbert's "Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear". I sheepishly acknowledge i'm a bit late to the party as it was published in 2015. She talks about the courage it takes t to bring the creative treasure within you to the surface and that it is scary scary scary.

Erik David wow I appreciate your deep thinking! I imagine you have gained these nuggets from lots of experience. The part of me that believes in manifesting does not like the idea there is no such thing as free will.......

As an actor, I did not set boundaries for my acting job. Local as well as remot I am ready for. If there is a boundary, it got to do with the contract conditions. If the conditions are ok, and I like the part then no boundary I jump in and do the job.
