I already have an agent, but I'm looking for a manager for my career as an actor and screenwriter
Which agency are you. working with? Are they based in Italy? If finding a manager is hard, maybe you could find another agent for your screenwriting.
She's Italian but for international representation. I'll find a solution as always. Probably find a manager is better for my career, I continue to work hard!
Perhaps there are some people here who can help you find agents who work internationally.

I like it. Putting the actor in control over the usage of their voice is how it should be. It's a great step. My main concern is image though.

He did do a staged reading with some other actors of a play about the death penalty I think. It's funny you love him in THE FLY as we were told he hates talking about it and that is the one thing not to ask him about. Saw him play piano in his jazz band. Yes, I can confirm he is all the things you've heard. This doesn't surprise me, it fits with my experience of him. Very nice, giving, and talented actor. I wish he had taught his class, it would be an honor to learn from him.
