In this exclusive Stage 32 8-part screenwriting lab, you will write a drama TV pilot script under the guidance of an industry leader to guarantee your script is ready to go to market. Guiding you through the process for your pilot is Anna Henry. Anna is a producer and development executive who has set up projects at AMC, Amazon Prime, Starz, HBO, Sony, Fox, EOne, ITV America, and OddLot Entertainment, among others. She’s worked at CBS, ABC, Nickelodeon, and multiple production companies, as well as in management at Andrea Simon Entertainment where she worked with writers. Anna is also an instructor for Netflix & Stage 32 Creating Content for a Global Marketplace Program.

I am super excited to start on Saturday! If you know anyone who wants to get into writing for TV, this lab covers it all. I try to teach a method that you can use to write any pilot in the future, not just the one you are working on in the lab, so the lab is an investment in yourself, not just in a project.

In the meantime, I'm wondering if the syllabus is just the information in the "What You'll Learn" section of the lab description, or if there's info that I'm missing. Gena Pruitt What handouts are you looking for? Is it the questionnaire? If you are looking for something else, that would be coming via email from me and I haven't sent anything out yet. I don't think I mentioned any handouts in our first session, but I will be sending out some things anyway. Please give me a few days after each class to get things organized and sent out, but if you need it urgently, feel free to email me and I will try to accomodate your schedule.

Apparently someone put a Zoom hex on me! A few weeks ago Zoom went down nationwide right before the start of my webinar and we had to postpone by an hour. Last week it cut out in the middle of class (that may have been an internet issue), and now we had login and recording issues. I’m wondering what sacrifice to make to placate the Zoom gods. Thanks for bearing with me!
