I’m Enza.
Like some of you, I’m also a newbie and this is my first posting.
I’m a screenwriter with 6 completed screenplays of which 3 have placed in 10 different competitions: FATE’S JOURNEY – a post WWII drama feature, IMMINENT THREAT – a political action thriller, and MONICA STILETTO – a revenge action thriller.
Currently, I’m working on two scripts, a Texas-Italian buddy comedy and a faith-based motorsports dramedy. I like to use elements of my Italian culture, locations I’ve lived, traveled to, and some renditions of people I’ve met to insert in my stories. I spent my childhood summers in Italy, lived in Northern California and now live in the beautiful Texas Hill Country hence the Italian-Texan buddy comedy that I’m writing with my husband, Ron.
Welcome to the community, Enza Fangio. Congratulations on placing in the competitions! Your two current scripts sound great!

Gerry,
MONICA STILETTO is about a former victim of human trafficking that turns vigilante and embarks on a crusade to destroy the woman and her fraudulent organization that brokers unsuspecting orphaned teenage girls for the global market. Regarding the titles, Monica's first name comes from the Italian word that means nun - she lived in an orphanage run by nuns - and Stiletto is her weapon of choice.
IMMINENT THREAT is about a former Navy SEAL that’s in a race against time to expose and stop a maniacal rogue Chinese general from escalating the tension between the U.S. and the PRC to create a new global dynasty. In the rogue general's new world order, the current Chinese government has no place.
From the feedback we’ve received, MONICA STILETTO would be medium to high budget and IMMINENT THREAT would definitely be high budget due to the locations and the use of CGI.

Cara, I attended Baylor for my undergraduate. Today, it's not the same Waco from then. Chip & Joanna Gaines have turned it into a tourist hotspot.
