Just announced: My sci-fi screenplay "Vicarious" was a finalist in the Geneva International Science in Fiction Awards.
Ever want to see the world but can't afford it, physically or monetarily? Vicarious Travel offers the alternative. But what if you get hijacked? How do you get away?
Logline: Held hostage by New Zealand Maori native high-tech warriors, Dr. Clare Brinegar helps her fellow international tourists, some connected vicariously half the world away, escape with a few visual effects tricks up her technical sleeve.

Massive achievement, John. And would I be right in thinking you might be a "cousin" from "across the Ditch" since your story includes Maoris? All the best from Mike, from Sydney, Australia. Still bringing my adult drama to its essence.

Michael, Sorry to say, I'm not a "cousin" but I have been to the Land Down Under and "across the ditch" and loved the experience of both. I translated that experience in my writings. I hail from deep in the heart of Texas. Thanks for the kudos and good luck with your adult drama.
You're welcome, John Lawrence Shea III. "Vicarious" kinda reminds me of "Total Recall" (1990).
