What a tremendous thrill to receive this news! I am honored to be among the finalists in the Palm Springs Women in Film & TV Shorts competition. My script, Delta Sugar, gives the audience a peek at the life of a long-retired blues singer who is surprised by a visitor from her past. Some of the memories stirred are bitter and some are very very sweet. I am so proud that Delta Sugar made the finalist list! I can't stop smiling! THANK YOU, JUDGES! :)
