Hi, Jodi. I do voices very well. I would love to audition for you. Thanks.
Ok, sorry. Thanks anyway!

Expand commentFor more information on what it takes to be a voice actor, visit http://www.voiceoversandvocals.com/resources.php . That should help. If you're going to get any work doing this stuff, you need demos, Rene. Just asking someone to hear you in a place like this isn't going to cut it. ;) But there's info on that site that will help you find coaching and folks to help you make your demos. Coaching is first. Demos come second. A well treated room and recording equipment (doesn't have to be expensive - but should be professional) comes third - and THEN you get auditions ... And a lot of your job will be getting auditions. The WORK is the last step - and that's the icing on the cake, as it were. ;) This takes an investment in time and money to make it a success. Good luck!
I've done acting on stage and in films so I do have experience in those areas. I am a singer and poet so I enjoy entertaining people. We are all just trying to express the gifts that God has given us. Don't forget to speak the truth in love.
Does anyone know how complete a script needs to be to enter the script contest?
Hey, nice to meet someone closer to me. I would love to collaborate. I am writing several screenplays.

I am surprised it is coming out in December. All the others came out in the summer I thought. I hope they aren't afraid of a little competition.
This one I think will BE the competition everyone else will have to keep up with. So many are going to want to see it.

I am excited that Lupita from 12 Years A Slave is in it and of course to see all the original cast will be epic! I always knew they would do the last three even though George Lucas said he wasn't going to and I guess he was right because he isn't making them. It must be hard to hand over your ideas to someone else, but millions of dollars probably helps ease the pain not that he needs the money.

She got caught up in a sex scandal at the apex of her fame, Her court trial was the OJ Simpson trial of the roaring 1920's.
Ken - also, you can type their names into the search or connect and reach out to them on Stage 32.
Thanks Julie. I found 'em:)

Expand commentHey, Ken! Do you looking for actors for the film? Are you talking about Aimee Simple Mcferson who started the Four Square Church? My mom has her book and told me about her. That would make a great film. Have you seen Ragamuffin? It the movie about the Christian singer/somgwriter Rich Mullins. It was very truthful about his drinking problems while still respecting the Christian message. I would love to audition for you. My daughter is an actor as well. Her movie is coming out Valentines Day. It's called Old Fashioned. She was A co-star in the film. she plays Cosie. She is SAG eligible and wants to do more films. She was 4 when she filmed Old Fashioned. She is 7 years old now. If you need a child to play Aimee as a child she would be great for it. My daughter is biracial and a Christian as am I. My email is rapz77@ yahoo.com. Thanks, Rene'

I have written a script and am currently approaching production companies to get funding. One of my goals in making my film is to MAKE AS MANY DREAMS COME TRUE AS POSSIBLE! When I shot the trailer to accompany my script my absolute favorite part of the process was auditioning actors and then calling them to let them know they got the part. Making dreams come true is simply magical and does my heart so much good. If you are interested simply tell me why you love acting and "friend" request me right here on stage 32 so when the time comes I can contact you. Wish me luck friends!!

Starting to get feature film roles and recently auditioned (self-taped) for a Hollywood movie with some big names. Maybe one day, when I get to the USA we can work together. Please have a look at my reel to see that acting is my passion and I love it because it liberates the heart and soul to go on an adventure that even I don't know where it is taking me... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QprVreNQmeA
Excellent work, Sean, on your 2015 acting reel. Congrats, buddy. Heather, is the M.I.A. it seems. Or a very busy girl.
How did it go? I see your post is 4 years old. Would love to know an update on your project!

I've also been singing a very long time and am currently working on a jazz album with a friend of mine in the UK (I LOVE technology! It's made long distance collaborations - both with my musician friends and with my clients, SO much easier. Would love to hear how technology has made your profession easier too! Or not ... Always interested in both sides ...) When it comes to singing, I'm more of a studio musician than a live performer ... but I've done live performances too. (Just infrequently) I'd love to get to know folks so feel free to say hello! Thanks and I hope you're all having a fantastic weekend. :)

Expand commentRene, Get together with other actors, writers, or folks who like reading and have a script reading party giving out roles, multiple or one each depending on number of lines. Feature, take a break half way through. Get input and re-write. Also some books on structure, 'Save The Cat' by Blake Snyder breaks down films and Syd Field's 'The Screenwriter's Workbook'. Not sure if you have screenwriting software, some like Final Draft, other Movie Magic, or free software Celtx. Happy writing! :)
Thank you so much. I've only written a few pages of several different scripts. How do you pick which idea to finish first? Should you go with your passion or what will probably sell?
Passion. You can't try to guess what will sell to those in power. The passion is what you think will sell with the audience. It made me wonder if 'Gone Girl' was pitched 10 years ago how it would have been received...
Thanks for the network add request! Michael
