Winner of the 2022 AFF Warner Bros.TV Pilot Award and finalist in the 2022 Outstanding Screenplay TV Pilot competition with TIN CAN ALLEY, Tom Schoch (Shock) is an appropriately named Swiss-Canadian screenwriter who survived childhood on a dairy farm and a twenty year trip as a radio/TV host and newspaper reporter. Inspired by the fantastic freaks of human nature and insane incidents that litter his diverse storytelling career, Tom squeezes gritty comedy out of authentic characters in absurd situations. His other work includes the full-length feature, WINTUCKY HIGH, the half-hour TV series, CANUCKS, and the radio-fiction podcast, NSFR.
