GOOD NEWS! I have no manager, no agent, no contract, no connections, and very few prospects of selling my scripts. This means that I have retained 100% creative control of my work, and am not liable t...

Hey William Zwart that shows that you're prolific. That is a huge win.

William Zwart

To: Barry John Terblanche. Oh, yes! I loved writing them, and I am continuing to write. It's the matter of selling it that's the problem.

Just launched a website for the webcomic I'm trying to publish. You can check it out here: https://www.warbound.org/

The producers have just sent me the teaser for The Hostage. This is the film after they had a cast change. Would love to hear comments.

Animated Studios for Hire

Hey guys I'm looking for an animated studio to hire to create a demo for a feature film. Does anyone have any suggestions ? I've been looking for a few days now and nothing has really stood out to me, or the people at the studio I'm working with. Any suggestions?

How long does it take to get a response for your pitch

I summited a written pitch to a producer from the happy writers section here on the site. My pitch was July 6 and they still haven't gotten back to me.

How long does it usually take for them to give you their score?

Beth Fox Heisinger

Hi Trevor. Usually it's within 3-4 weeks of your pitch session that you receive a pitch scorecard, feedback, and whether it's a pass or request. So yeah... you're due. Talk directly to Happy Writers:...

Screenwriters, do you consider producing as well?

On the latest "On Stage with RB; 2 New Yorkers in Hollywood," Richard "RB" Botto, CEO of Stage 32, and guest, Bradley Gallo, CCO of Amasia Entertainment, talked about many things but one major topic they discussed was the importance, or rather the need for aspiring screenwriters to also be producers...

Deanna Carlyle

Beth Fox Heisinger Thanks for the tip about "Lights Out." Will Google it. :-)

I have produced a few shorts and have a project management background so producing is easy for me. Raising money. That may be the only thing I struggle with. But I can see a way through that as well.
