Hi I'm Pierre. I moved to the Netherlands in July and me and my family are happily finding our feet and celebrating our first Christmas together in our new home country, we are loving it.

My Background is many years of creating corporate videos, business videos, marketing and social media films for Agriculture, Tourism Industries and other exciting brands. Now embarking on editing for film, learned Resolve and doing the Go-To Editor course from Sven Pape. So exciting to me learning how this new networking world works.

I´m looking for new alternatives for remote work as a video editor, any suggestion?

So far I use Upwork and manages to find a direct contact from my website. Now I´m trying to ´´expand´´ and find new project sources.

I've read that stage32 has helped others in their career, So I need to post something useful to the community here, and then with patience, I can broaden my network and maybe get work from using Stage32? Many thanks in advance guys

Im Interested in Constructive networking as a Editor, even if it means editing something at a reduced rate or helping someone, I can talk. Im an extremely committed individual who wants to start the ground work of getting set up as a very connected professional remote editor here in South africa. People who beg for work are seen as very lazy - I have a lot of work from permanent and freelance sources already. I just want more and want to be exposed to more people and work in post production. Anybody experienced with staffmeup.com and other sources?

Ive been working in creative studios for 17 years. Telling inspiring stories stories for clients like BMW, John Deere and Messe Frankfurt. Taking a-lot of footage that hasn’t been shot with a plan and taking into another narrative direction is my bread and butter.
