This is a casting call for a new project that will be filmed later on this year. The project is a short film called Long walk home which will be filmed in Manchester over the course of 2 days. Long walk home will form part of a trilogy along with the film Marcus which can be found on amazon prime. The following roles are being casted for (all roles are unpaid): Marcus - black male in his mid 20s. Marcus is playful, funny, sensitive and witty. Marcus is in a relationship with Lisa. Lisa - mixed race female in her mid 20s. Lisa is loving, caring and will speak up when she sees wrongdoing. Police officer 1 - white male in his late 30s. Experienced police officer who is intense, very determined and single minded. Police officer 2 - Asian female in her early 30s that is new to the police force and finding her feet. She is very by the book and tries not to deviate from her training. Good question. Primarily horror and sci-fi, although I have written psych thrillers and am currently writing for a kids' TV show... which admittedly does contain sci-fi and monsters ;) How about you - what is your preferred genre?

I don't like to marginalise myself but most of my films have been social realism. However, I am open to reading a good script. I jut want to tell a story!! that't my main goal .
