Wonderful! This describes how I have learned screenwriting by creating no-budget films. I am not satisfied by what my films look like, but I have learned a lot by creating them.
I totally agree Richard "RB" Botto and the more positive we can be when things are negative, just makes us that more stronger. Therefore, we grow out of adversity and not when things always go our way. Have a great rest of the weekend!
LOVE THAT Madeline Harley and the progress, the learning, and the growth is a powerful statement. And the path most are on and just like a script, CONSTANT CONFLICT in our lives makes us stronger if we approach it with a positive attitude and with the 3 sisters: Progress, Learning, & Growth. Here's my favorite one from Teddy. “The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, and spends himself in a worthy cause; who at best, if he wins, knows the thrills of high achievement, and, if he fails, at least fails daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory or defeat.”
I love that one David Paulsen and Teddy was a great president and statesman who stood up to the big banks, the Trust Buster, and we really need again in this country.
