An agent at ICM liked my script through a written pitch here -- he says it's better for TV, he thinks, so he will let some TV Producers read it. So when you're writing, keep in mind that your story should have a chance to be open-ended, in case something like this happens. Just FYI, his questions were mostly about how my idea originated and how I developed it. Very exciting times. He said: worst case, they don't buy it but they know you write stuff that might be of interest to them. I'll keep you all apprised of how it works out. It all came from Stage 32 -- I never would have had access otherwise. I had tried blind pitches with this project to agents and managers before; I also posted it on other sites. But this is the only site that worked. Take advantage of it. My only other advice, of course, is to have several projects. I'm pitching five different ones, but this is the one that had traction.
Great job!
Nice work Dennis

Good luck, Dennis!
Congrats and good luck!
Wow that's great, Dennis, congrats! How did you use Stage 32 to get where you are?

Under the Happy Writers link they list Pitch Sessions and Online PitchFests -- you can Skype or write a pitch to specific executives and agents (for a fee). It's great -- I've gotten great feedback and currently have 3 producers reading one of my scripts
