What's up Stage 32 community? Happy IYW!
I'm your friendly neighborhood Director of Certification here at Stage 32. We are democratizing the industry and offering everyone, everywhere the opportunity to learn the skills you need to work in the industry. It's such an exciting time as production continues to blossom all around the world in emerging markets and Stage 32 Certification can get you in the game. If you want to learn more or ask me any questions email me anytime at edu@stage32.com.
I am also a TV and Film producer who has been immensely honored to be nominated for 2 Emmy Awards for my scripted, period anthology series GENIUS on Nat Geo & Disney+ (where I got to the joy of working with Ron Howard). I've been producing since I can remember, from plays in high school to commercials indie films when I was starting out, to documentaries and many TV series over the years. I love producing and I LOVE creative people who make things and strive to see their visions on screen. I also LOVE this global creative community.
Let me know what you're working on. And let me know if I can be of any support ever on your Stage 32 creative journey.
Cheers!

That must have been an amazing experience working on the Genius series and with Ron Howard. I only saw the first season, but I remember watching it within a few days. It was such a great show. I became an instant fan of Johnny Flynn who played young Albert Einstein.

Hey there Sam Sokolow it’s great to see you on the IYW. Thanks for sharing.
I’m working on Seeing Rachel, our human trafficking story and an animated urban fantasy series. For the November Write Club, I’m pledging to write the first character’s story for a new feature. A kind of homage to Ozu’s meditational style and set in one location; a house in my home city of Bristol.

Thank you all for the kind words and responses. Yeah - working with Ron has been a dream. He's beyond kind and curious and, IMHO, a genius himself. All of my experience is poured into Stage 32 Certification, and its just awesome to be in the community here with you all. And yes, Gisele Orellana - Johnny Flynn is a super talent and a great person. He does a nice turn in our second season, GENIUS: PICASSO, if you want to see some more of his work.
