Hey Wade! That's amazing! congrats!! Did you pitch here in stage 32? If you don't mind could you please share the name of the woman interested in short films?? :)

Wade Cox

sorry for the lateness of this reply. The producer that I pitch her on stage32 was Liska Ostojic. She had plenty of helpful advice for me. Her most important piece of advice was that my story is too long for a short film, and there is more story there, so I should expand it into a feature.

Gayle Herbert Robinson

Wow, this is exciting. I've had a few of those nicest no(s), especially when it comes with great advice. I call it fuel for my determination that runs my creative engine. I hope "Dirty Blue" gets optioned. Keep us posted.

Hi eveyone

First time here. Not sure of how this works. But might make sense to start with a little about me. I'm a writer/director/DP. I'm currently writing and producing a movie for Universal. I have a feature doc series that Story House Productions has come on board as development and production partner. Pl...

Screenplay optioned!

Just optioned my first screenplay! Can't say much beyond that for now, and I know it's probably lame to announce that since it doesn't exactly mean a film is being made. Just to add some context, I've been at this for about five years, so this may give hope to others to know that persistence does pay off!

Congratulations! So happy for you!

Hey Mike! I spent some great years with Y&R in London, so I know your work will be of the highest quality (did you cross paths with Joe de Deo? Great guy). Wishing you every success!

Mike Miller

Hey Sean, thanks for reaching out. I did know Joe and considered him a friend. he was running Australia when I joined Y&R in Sydney. Hung out with him in London when we were passing through on our way to New York office. Great guy. Very sad to lose him so young. Are you still in London?

Sean Kelly

I’m in the north east now; my daughter is in London so I get there as often as I can (when the world is straight)! I had the pleasure of Joe’s company at a Y&R Christmas party in the late 1980’s and j...
