This is true. The secrets are intriguing regardless of one's religious beliefs. Our documentary focusses on a more modern mystery about a prophecy concealed by the Vatican, and why it is at the center of a great crisis in the church. Pope Benedict XVI Emeritus recently said that the church is "on the verge of capsizing", and our documentary explains precisely why he said this.

Yes! I like the build in the beginning. It gets a little repetitive at :45. Really love the low and high at 1:30+. Nice change in the middle. I'm envisioning less battle, more epic nature panorama in the second half.

It got my attention, but I never listened to the end... monotonous got to me. I'm nowhere near composing this genre but I would start it with a moaning effect, then spike with allegros.

Doug, those questions are already implied within Mamet's three—creating drama, it's all about and for the audience. But whatever works, right? Lol! ;)

Beth, to you (& I) those questions are automatically implied/included but after reading zillions of beginning screenwriter's 'scripts' it's become evident that VERY few even have a clue. Basically that's one of the reasons there are so many JUNK scripts floating around.

Tom Batha He stated in the video he didn't go further than where he was as a screenwriter because he did not take the advice from his agent telling him to be consistent with his writing and adopt the method he's speaking about. It wasn't his system but what he learned being in the industry, at least from what he says in the video.

I have some much materials to read daily, I no longer care for subscriptions. Following the pros' on Twitter and two facebook writers group is enough. I must mention, www.scriptreaderpro.com offers tips and mini-tutorials that is encouraging to use its service. Respectively Stage32 offers similar opportunities, but there are too many debates in the lounge.

That's a great question and the answers here are very insightful. Since just anyone off the street can subscribe to imdb pro, I can't imagine anyone with the ability to move a project forward would care to let them have access to their contact info! My opinion tho...

If you are paying to pitch it is training and nothing more. No legitimate producers, managers or agents charge for taking pitches.

The comment above wasn't about "pitching Stage32" or using those services being a lottery. I'm going to take a little umbrage at that particular characterization of my words to respond in kind. It was about pitching scripts and really, screenwriting (in any way, shape, form or fashion) being like buying a lottery ticket. And the idea of "pitching" is literally that tall an order of odds and mathematics. For instance, the pitch in the comments here to try the "double coverage" service is a lottery. You are playing the numbers on who comments and read this post to get a bite. There's nothing wrong with that and it may help some people. But once you weigh in the subjectivity of getting favorable coverage in the service you paid for and then the statistical probability of both making it onto the massive exec mail out plus the idea that it will be received and read by someone with similar subjectivity to the coverage and the writing to begin with, you'll realize that even a response or read request from someone was very much like winning the lottery. There are how many working writers in the guilds as of 2018? 7,000? That might be generous. Trying to get into those slots to become one of the working writers is also like a lottery, be it in TV, film, etc. I don't like to misrepresent the statistics to people ever. Particularly on posts like this where someone is asking an honest question and the occasional troll or know-it-all is already popping up. (Myself included) But writing a movie down in its entirety in the first place is slanted towards high odds. Imagine if we just included "how many people had an idea for a movie in the world this year" and wheedled it down to "how many movies got made". It's absolutely mind boggling the amount of skill and luck that has to diverge and confluence in order to achieve a single sale in the "business".
